IHG Fox Theatre Conference Celebration

Innovent Technologies delivered technical production for the IHG Hotels & Resorts Post-Conference Celebration at the Fox Theatre Egyptian Ballroom, incorporating full-room projection mapping across the venue’s architectural walls, a flown truss lighting system over the central bar, and a live band stage with integrated audio. Custom gobo textures, uplighting, and scenic elements were layered to transform the ballroom into an immersive, garden-inspired environment while maintaining clean coverage and balanced sound throughout the space. Execution included coordinated lighting and audio control to support both live entertainment and guest flow during the event.
