The ballroom featured dual large-format LED video walls, coordinated red and blue drape lighting, and an extended white stage platform designed for executive presentations and keynote moments. Round table seating preserved strong sightlines, supported by a full overhead lighting truss system and balanced audio coverage.

From 3D renderings through on-site installation and show operation, the focus remained on technical precision and controlled execution to deliver a seamless attendee experience.
