The program included a morning executive session followed by a large-scale luncheon environment, each requiring distinct technical configurations within the same venue footprint.
Scenic staging, coordinated architectural lighting, and large-format projection supported keynote presentations and panel discussions during the morning program. The space was then adapted to accommodate the luncheon session, with reinforced audio, optimized sightlines, and show control systems designed to maintain program continuity across formats.
